Please note that cancellations are not possible after your order has shipped.
2. Order Returns
We gladly offer exchanges and returns for unused products within 30 days of receipt.

The return label provided is only valid for shipments within the United States. For customers outside the United States, we will refund the applicable shipping costs based on your shipping receipt. Please note that if your allotted free return offer has been exhausted, you will be responsible for future return shipping costs. US customers can purchase more affordable shipping labels directly from us. Returns due to merchant error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) are not included in the free return allowance.
